It provides the peace of mind that comes with knowing every detail on the actual day will be meticulously managed by me, allowing you to fully enjoy your special day without the stress of coordinating logistics. This package includes: 30 min introductory call 1.5hr Wedding Day brief to go over logistics, vendors, key contacts and run sheet for the day access to soft copy templates to be used for the event assist in the review of contracts of booked suppliers pre-event meetings with suppliers provide outline with exact time for the ceremony and/or reception Overall management and implementation of wedding day timeline overall coordination of suppliers for meeting schedule wedding planning checklist to use as a guide for services and tasks to help prepare for your special day.
