Your package includes: 30 min introductory call 1 hr initial planning session Monthly 90min planning sessions Booking and coordination of vendors Monthly Progress reports Mon- Fri email support Budgeting session and tracking Theming and styling session On the day coordination Bump in and bump out schedules of all suppliers Coordination and liaison with suppliers and venue Event Runsheet adherence Payments (if needed) Logistics and troubleshooting
Cancellation Policy
Consultation Booking Policy (Quick Read) • Consultations are booked online only and confirmed once booking is received • 48+ hours’ notice = one complimentary reschedule • Under 48 hours / no-shows = no refunds or rescheduling • Sessions run to time; arrivals 15+ minutes late may be forfeited • Consultations include professional advice only (no supplier bookings or planning work) By booking, you agree to these terms.
